Research commissioned by MHCLG is cited in report to the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee, as published by the House of Commons.
Dr Gemma Burgess of CCHPR was part of a recent collaboration between the Universities of Liverpool, Cambridge, Oxford and Sheffield looking into the extent and value of planning obligations levied in England between 2016 and 2017. The research formed part of the oral evidence presented to the select committee by Prof Tony Crook.
