Cambridge Centre for Housing & Planning Research

The London Assembly’s Housing Committee undertook an investigation in autumn 2015 into the likely impact of a range of rent stabilisation measures on London’s housing market.

This research for the London Assembly built on the existing London data gathered for previous research and conducted  further surveying of London landlords, in order to examine the specific London effects in more detail.

The Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research had recently completed research commissioned by Shelter in the same field looking at the overall national picture, prior to this work.
