Cambridge Centre for Housing & Planning Research

This research was conducted in partnership with University College London (UCL).

Research conducted to address the lack of systematic research into:

  • The actors currently shaping and dominating the production of new housing, business space and infrastructure at the London-wide level;
  • The quantitative flows of financial investment, foreign and domestic, into London property markets;
  • How policy-makers and planners interact and seek to control/regulate the production of the built environment in order to generate public gains and maximise social welfare.
