CSaP Impact Hunting

The aim of the research is to identify examples of impact resulting from the meetings between academics and Policy Fellows. This will provide a narrative about the ability of the University of Cambridge's Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) to generate impact, which may be useful input for the University’s environment statement.

Since 2009, the University of Cambridge's Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) has pioneered new ways of bringing together public policy professionals and academics to learn from each other, building relationships based on mutual understanding, respect and trust. The experience and diversity of this unique network provides fresh perspectives and critical challenges to conventional thinking, and helps research from all disciplines contribute more effectively to society.

Our research for CSaP will comprise a series of interviews, with pairs of Policy Fellows and academics, geared towards identifying examples of impact resulting directly from the Policy Fellows programme.
