A paper by Prof Becky Tunstall, Visiting Fellow at the Department of Land Economy, has been published in the journal Social Inclusion.
Becky Tunstall's article creates a new definition of housing growth, illustrating the fact that, while median housing space increased over the period 1981-2011, this growth was neither inclusive nor just.
