Peter Williams, former director of CCHPR, was a member of an independent panel commissioned by The Welsh Government to consider the options that might be explored for increasing the supply of quality affordable homes. These options included housing quality standards, a sustainable rent policy as well as capacity across the housing sector to deliver more affordable homes.
