CIH's 2018 Briefing Paper reflects ways in which the economy, migration to the UK and the housing sector are  all increasingly susceptible to decisions made in the process of Britain’s exit from the European Union. While the ultimate impacts are still unclear, not least because the UK's future relationship with the EU remains undecided, these paper show the growing influence of Brexit on the context in which the housing sector operates.

Co-authored by Peter Williams, Mark Stephens, John Perry, Steve Wilcox and Gillian Young, the review is available from the Chartered Institute of Housing.
