For the validation, CCHPR re-projected housing needs, in each of the selected local authorities, the following three processes:

• Household projections based on demographic information

• The household projections were adjusted to meet job increases

• Added markup - estimating the number of concealed households who could become an independent household in case where local market conditions allow
