Through a combination of desk based work and data analysis CCHPR undertook a review of the housing association sector and its operating context for the Housing Futures Network. The full report and summary were issued by HFN in August 2012 and we are now able to post these. The report sets out the tensions surrounding the sector and the difficult choices associations might be facing. The report concludes with a number of the policy recommendations arrived at in discussion with HFN.
