CCHPR were commissioned to carry out a study of under-occupation amongst social housing tenants in North Herts. The study included a survey of tenants as well as analysis of other data sources.
Outputs included:
- An assessment of the extent of under-occupation amongst social tenants in North Herts
- The identification of the aspirations of under-occupying tenants
- The identification of housing options for these tenants
- Assisting North Herts with the development of a systematic process for the ongoing identification of households who are under-occupying their accommodation
North Hertfordshire Under-occupation Study
This report was commissioned by North Herts Housing Partnership to assist them with the development of systems to identify under-occupiers and help them to meet their housing needs and aspirations. It reports the findings from a survey of tenants as well as analysis of other data sources.
