Cambridge Centre for Housing & Planning Research

The Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research (CCHPR) report for the Tenant Services Authority explores the impact of the credit crunch and housing market turbulence on Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO).

The research explored regional differences in LCHO sales and looked at competition arising from the introduction of shared equity schemes by the major housebuilders. The study found that there were significant variations in demand for LCHO between regions, within regions and even within localities.
