Cambridge Centre for Housing & Planning Research

The study covers the types of Housing Associations involved in supplying low cost home ownership products, trends in levels of output, and the mix of provision between types of low cost home ownership among regions. It concludes that as the gap between social rents and housing costs in other tenures increases across all regions the need for this type of provision is also increasing.
