The journal Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management has published a paper authored by Drs Reyhaneh Shojaei, Kwadwo Oti-Sarpong and Gemma Burgess. The paper draws on data gathered from a series of interviews with professionals in strategic and management roles with construction companies in the UK. It draws out six key enabling factors that influence the successful adoption of BIM and digital technologies, and sets out a series of practical recommendations designed to guide construction firms on their digital transformation journey.
