The National Housing Federation, in partnership with CCHPR, explored possible models for investment in new affordable homes. This research contributes to that work.
With a reduction in available grant funding, CCHPR worked in partnership with the NHF to provide an assessment of the available options for alternative investment models. CCHPR drafted elements of an agreed background paper which provided the basis for a consultation with NHF members. Post-consultation, CCHPR helped to draft a final report.
Funding future homes
The National Housing Federation wanted to produce a vision of the sector beyond 2015. As part of this work, CCHPR produced a substantial background report drawing together the evidence, including an appendix on development and funding models.
