A paper by Gemma Burgess, Mihaela Keheman, Sue Moffat and Elizabeth Parsons has just been published in Qualitative Market Research. Documentary theatre was used to explore the topical issue of marketplace exclusion in the UK. The authors explore this novel approach to market research, which reveals ways in which marketplace cultures can perpetuate social inequality.
