Creating positive economic communities
Funded by The Local Trust, Prof Pete Tyler and Dr Gemma Burgess will lead a team of researchers in reviewing how positive economic change might be sustainably created in communities with a population of 5,000 to 15,000, where there is sufficient local involvement and adequate long term support.
Leasehold and Freehold Charges
This research, funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), will examine the issues of the levels of leasehold and freehold charges being charged, and the variation within these, in order to inform the development of the Ministry's leasehold reform policy and future programme.

Co-living for vulnerable older people: Literature review
The initial phase for this project for The Nationwide Foundation and the Nationwide Building Society was a desk-based review of existing evidence about the benefits and risks of older peoples’ co-living. The review considers the relevant institutional, legal and financial frameworks that impact upon older peoples’ co-living.
