In this impact project, our aim is to work with our partners at CHS Group and partners in the wider programme network to conduct a piece of impact work with the objectives of:
1) Identifying the households most at risk of harm because of digital exclusion (particularly in the context of coronavirus);
2) Holding conversations with such households, front line service providers, and regional stakeholders;
3) Making recommendations for practical, immediate solutions to policy makers and practitioners with the aim of tackling digital exclusion; and
4) Raising awareness of the harmful impacts of digital exclusion and the interventions needed to tackle it.
