Our project for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing collected both quantitative and qualitative data. A web- based survey collected quantitative data from shared ownership providers, and was be supported by CORE data. Interviews with a sample of shared ownership providers, lenders and wider sector stakeholders provided a more in depth understanding of the supply side of the shared ownership sector. A discussion of current management issues, including arrears and responses to the Covid-19 pandemic, was included in the report.
