The plan has been designed to broadly align with the time plan of the DTRF and its multiple work packages, and takes account of the restrictions placed on the University by the coronavirus pandemic. Drawing on both primary and secondary data sources, it covers the different forms of engagement that should be conducted before, during and after the set up of the DTRF.
