The report explores attitudes towards data sharing of 63 regulators in 30 organisations. The findings indicate the extent to which regulators share data is influenced by several complex factors including the difficulty of balancing privacy with freedom of information.

The final report contains a number of organisational, legal and technical recommendations currently being considered by the government alongside other evidence from the consultation.  The CCHPR report is available to download at the bottom of the current web page.  The following link is to the relevant GOV.UK page, which provides background to the consultation along with the government's response:
