Future of Investment in Affordable Housing

With the reduction in grant funding the search is on for alternative investment models. CCHPR is working in partnership with the NHF to provide an assessment of the options. It will draft elements of an agreed background paper which will then provide the basis for a consultation with NHF members. Post the consultation CCHPR will help draft a final report.

2012	Report	Funding Future Homes	The National Housing Federation is working to produce a vision of the sector beyond 2015. As part of this work CCHPR produced a substantial background report drawing together the evidence. This included an appendix on development and funding models.
