Under-occupation in North Hertfordshire

CCHPR were commissioned to carry out a study of under-occupation amongst social housing tenants in North Herts. The study included a survey of tenants as well as analysis of other data sources. Outputs included:

• An assessment of the extent of under-occupation amongst social tenants in North Herts
• The identification of the aspirations of under-occupying tenants
• The identification of housing options for these tenants
• Assisting North Herts with the development of a systematic process for the ongoing identification of households who are under-occupying their accommodation
